1) Know your “Why?”
- Why do you want this behavior change to happen?
- What do you want to get out of this change?
- Be specific as possible.
2) Start Small, but Start!
- Start with the EASIEST thing first.
- Small wins BUILD CONFIDENCE.
- Kill your “chronic contemplation.”
3) Destroy the Myth of Perfection.
- Think progress, NOT perfection.
- Jump right back in the day after “perfect” ends.
- Remember: Progress is NOT linear.
